
We have recently written about potential legislative and actual legal risks for companies, which practice the use of outstaffing in Ukraine. Nevertheless, the question might appear also urgent for the employees who found themselves exposed to the conditions of their company taking advantage of labour leasing for the purposes of taxation optimization. Such employees normally get into the situation of social vulnerability.
