Registration of enterprises

Регистрация фирмы.jpgRegistration of firms is one of the basic directions of our company's activity. In the process of registration of firms we prepare and submit all necessary documents to the administration.

Terms: 3-4 business days.

The cost includes payment of state duties, notary service fees, manufacturing of one seal and opening of a bank account in cases when statutory funds is formed with monetary funds. When there are two and more founders the cost is increased for each of them.

For registration of firms the following documents must be available: passports of founders (individuals) and their identification codes, in case legal entities are concerned, the required documents will include a notarized copy of the State Registration Certificate, minutes (decision) of the supreme authority of the company on its intention to act as a founder of an enterprise to be established and a notarized power of attorney issued to a representative.

When registering firms what you need to do first is to decide on the title of the enterprise and its business and legal structure. At this stage we recommend that you have several options for the title and apply to the state registrar to reserve them. This will help you avoid a common mistake observed during registration of firms. For instance, your title may be already taken in the register by another company and you don't have a backup option. To avoid this, we recommend that you take time to ensure you have several options to choose from when you register a firm.

Please remember that reservation of your registration title will remain valid for only two months. If you fail to accomplish the registration within this period the title reservation in the register will be automatically withdrawn.

Your company may have:
