Recovery of accounts receivable, cooperation timeline:
- Our company conducts legal audit of client's source documents;
- A letter of claim or demand is forwarded to the debtor (if necessary);

- State dues and court fees are paid as agreed with the client;
- A copy of the statement of claim is sent to the court, another copy is sent to the defendant;

- A court decision and a court order (or writ of execution) of are obtained.
As a rule, the statement of claim is submitted to the court within less than 3 to 5 business days after conclusion of the debt recovery contract. However, depending on the complexity of each particular case, or there is additional evidence that should be obtained regarding the case, this term may be extended.
Meanwhile, time for consideration of your case by the court does not usually exceed two months after the statement of claim was served.
Availability of all source documents, in particular, of contracts, specifications, invoices, Powers of Attorney for acquisition of inventories, statements of works, bank statements properly signed and stamped, makes for a 100 successful debt recovery.
However, there is one thing that you must be aware of: debt recovery is by no means confined to obtainment of a Court Decision. Favorable decision of court makes for only 30 per cent of the successful resolution, since it takes much more effort to receive actual money.
